Refund Policy
For health and safety purpose, no refund for herbal medicine, exchange only.
For course treatments (which are prepaid with discount), no refund, change to other treatments only.
All course treatments will be valid for 6 months from the first treatment.
Please giving 24 hours notice for cancelling an appointment or you may lose one treatment!
Any deposit paid in advance is not refundable.
The vouches which have been paid for in advance are not refundable and will be valued within three months.
